2. What data we process
We only process data that you provide to us through the contact form or email:
- first and last name,
- email address,
- phone number (if you provide it),
- area of inquiry and the content of your message.

3. Why we process data and on what basis
- Handling your inquiry and potentially offering services — the legal basis is our legitimate interest, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR).
- Traffic analytics (Google Analytics) — the legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You provide consent in the cookie banner and can withdraw it at any time.
4. How long we keep the data
We keep data from inquiries for the time necessary to resolve them and for follow-up communication, but for a maximum of 2 years, unless there is a reason for longer retention (e.g., concluding a contract or a legal obligation). After that, we securely delete it.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes. To ensure operations, our processors may have access to it:
- web hosting provider (website operation),
- email service provider (sending and receiving messages from the form),
- Google (Google Analytics) — only if you give consent for analytical cookies.
We have concluded data processing agreements with our processors. When using services outside the EU, we ensure appropriate protection guarantees.

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or misuse. Furthermore, we manage information security according to the international standard we hold — ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management System).
